No more than a total of 3 garage sales, yard sales or similar sales per lot in any calendar year are permitted and not more than a total of 3 of such sales in combination in any calendar year.
No single sale shall continue for more than 2 days. All materials from such sales shall be removed from the exterior of the premises within 24 hours after the completion of such sale.
Yard Sale signs must be placed on private property ONLY. You may not place signs of any kind in the right of way.Signs in the right of way will be removed and may be retrieved from City Hall during regular business hours.
