On May 23, 2016, Chief of Police Mark Barnett signed Temporary Traffic Control Order Nos. 142-A and 143-A
Since these Temporary Traffic Control Orders went into effect, the City has received one complaint about not being able to drive through the forested portion of Cartier Park. The City Council would like to obtain the public’s input on whether it prefers to have this road closed to vehicular traffic all year or only in the winter.
