Copeyon Park Fishing Pier

 

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Ludington at the City Offices, 400 S. Harrison Street, Ludington, MI 49431 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The project is an approximately 81’ by 40’ “T” shaped fishing pier in Pere Marquette Lake. Items of work include driven steel piles, steel members, a composite deck, pier railings and all related work.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Fleis & VandenBrink, 316 Morris Ave., Ste. 230, Muskegon, MI 49440. Telephone: (231) 726-1000. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office.

Bidding Documents are available to be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge.  Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable payment of $30.00, plus a non-refundable payment of $10.00 for mailing.

The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
