The City of Ludington will conduct a public hearing on February 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 400 S Harrison Street, Ludington, MI for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed application for a CDBG grant for funding for the 2020 Downtown Rental Rehabilitation program. The City of Ludington proposes to use $720,000 CDBG funds to renovate 3 buildings, encompassing 12 apartment units along with $555,445 in private funding to benefit at least 51% low to moderate income persons. No persons will be displaced as a result of the proposed activities.
