If you are experiencing a water or sewer emergency or need water & sewer assistance during regular business hours, contact Jennifer at 845-6237.
Water & Sewer Customers:
Please be advised as a result of P.A. 222...If you experience an overflow or back up of a sewage disposal system or storm water system, you must file a written claim with the City of Ludington within 45 days after the incident. Mail notice to: Ludington City Manager, 400 S. Harrison St., Ludington, MI 49431. Failure to provide the required notice will prevent recovery of damages and filling a claim will not guarantee payment. Please call 845-6237 during business hours (8 AM - 5PM Monday-Friday) or 911 during all other hours immediately upon discovery of an overflow or backup.
