CITY OF LUDINGTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE TO APPLICANT: Meetings of the Zoning Board of Appeals are scheduled for the third Tuesday of the month. These meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. at the City Municipal Building, 400 S Harrison St., Ludington, MI. Application with all required information and applicable fees must be submitted to the Building Inspector's office at least EIGHTEEN (18) days prior to the meeting. No action will be taken until all information is submitted. There is a non-refundable application fee of $200.00.
