BOARD OF REVIEW
How often does the Board meet?
The Board of Review meets in official session four (4) times per year.
Who can serve on the Board?
According to the City Charter, only "electors" registered in the City can serve.
How long are the member's terms?
Each member serves at the pleasure of the City Mayor for a term of one year.
How do I appeal my assessment to the Board of Review?
You may make an appointment with the Assessing Office to meet with the Board of Review whenever they are in session. Appointments are in 15 minute segments. Please bring all of your documentation and records with you. The Assessing Office will provide you with a copy of your Property Record Card, should you desire to have one.
