Recreational Vehicle Septic Dump Station The City of Ludington, Wastewater Treatment Plant operates a RV dump station for boats, campers, and recreational vehicles. The station is located at the Wastewater Plant at 5160 West Sixth Street (map link) . The site is open 24 hours, 7 days per week. This station also services industrial waste haulers. Please be mindful of others waiting to use the site. Potable water is available from late spring until fall. The latest date for water is the last Monday in October. Water may be shut off earlier depending on weather. There are no fees associated for personal use vehicles. No commercial or industrial users without authorization and permit.
