Exterior Property/Junk No person shall place or store any junk, garbage, inoperable recreational vehicle or demolition derby car on the exterior portion of any property in the City of Ludington or on any street right of way or any city property. An owner or occupant shall keep the exterior property in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.
