The City of Ludington is seeking bids for the construction of a new Fire Station. Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Ludington until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at the Office of the City Clerk, 400 S Harrison St., Ludington, MI 49431. The project consists of all site work, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, windows, doors, insulation, roofing, gypsum board work, painting and finishing, flooring, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, mechanical, lights, electrical, earthwork and utilities.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for General Contractors at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 18, 2017 in the City Hall Community Room, 400 S. Harrison St., Ludington, MI.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
